Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an Account Executive who will master SHI’s value proposition to exceed revenue and profit goals by developing strategic sales approaches and cultivating relationships with existing and new customers.

You will identify opportunities, collaborate with internal teams and partners, and present SHI’s portfolio of solutions tailored to customer objectives while traveling within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience.
• Travel to customer sites within a dedicated territory and to events as needed.
• Ability to obtain required sales/technical certifications within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement penetrating sales strategies and pricing proposals that exceed targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing customers while establishing new accounts.
• Identify and create opportunities in the sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual goals.
• Collaborate with sales management to prioritize and manage opportunities.
• Foster partnerships with internal support teams and external partners to drive joint selling.
• Understand customers’ IT objectives to provide tailored solutions and communicate SHI’s portfolio.
