Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed fields (Political Science, Public Administration, Psychology, HR Administration, HRIS, Training & Development, Employee Records, or related).
• Three years of full-time experience in recruitment, test development/validation, HRIS, training, labor relations, or related HR areas.
• Ability to conduct effective interviews and establish working relationships with applicants and managers.

Responsibilities

• Receives requisitions and verifies position status and qualifications.
• Collaborates with Classification & Compensation to ensure accurate job postings and descriptions.
• Conducts specialized candidate sourcing for executive positions within the County.
• Prepares exam plans and open competitive exams with subject matter experts.
• Manages application flow and coordinates interview panels and testing processes.
