Job summary

Granicus is seeking a Solution Consultant to bridge business problems and technical storytelling within the GovTech space. You will own discovery, design tailored solutions, and align them with Granicus products while partnering with Revenue, Product, and Professional Services to shape end-to-end recommendations for government agencies.

You’ll lead discovery sessions, craft executive-ready solution presentations, and contribute to field enablement.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a presales role (Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or equivalent).
GovTech experience preferred—supporting state, local, or federal government sales cycles.
Experience supporting net-new and expansion SaaS sales.
Proven ability to lead discovery, solution presentations, and demos, and contribute to solution positioning in complex buying environments.
Evidence of value engineering—ROI/Cost of Inaction statements and economic business cases.

Responsibilities

Own discovery and solution design for opportunities across government verticals.
Guide government stakeholders through structured discovery and map solutions to Granicus products.
Partner with Revenue, Solution Architect, Product, and Professional Services to craft and present solution recommendations.
Support active revenue opportunities through discovery, design, and executive-level presentations.
