Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking a Sr. Project Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead complex capital improvement projects from planning to closeout.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring safety and alignment with district objectives. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience as an owner's representative on public sector projects, with strong leadership and cross-functional team management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing large capital construction projects.
• Experience as an owner's representative on public sector projects.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of assigned capital improvement projects from planning and design through construction and closeout.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with district goals, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction activities ensuring technical excellence.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with LAUSD, consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders; lead project meetings and drive timely decisions.
