Job summary

Tines is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager – East/Public Sector to drive value for enterprise and public sector accounts in a remote EST-based role. You will guide onboarding, establish success plans, and align with executive stakeholders to promote platform adoption and renewal growth.

You will leverage your 8+ years in tech account management, plus 5+ years in regulated sectors, to orchestrate cross-functional efforts, identify risk, and deliver strategic recommendations for customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical account management or customer success.
• 5+ years with public sector, federal, or highly regulated industries preferred.
• Experience with SaaS solutions for technical teams.
• Ability to uncover problems, identify opportunities, and translate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Align with enterprise, highly regulated, and Public Sector stakeholders to ensure value delivery from onboarding through renewal.
• Orchestrate onboarding with a Customer Success Engineer to ensure timely delivery of use cases.
• Review dashboards, metrics, and usage to monitor customer health and adoption.
• Build success and account plans, drive renewal strategy, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer needs into product feedback.
