Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of the ISETS system for modernization efforts.
• Investigate potential fraudulent card transactions and monitor chargebacks.
• Monitor holds on payments and resolve or release as needed.
• Verify payment authenticity via contact with cardholders.
• Process fund adjustments and prepare repayment communications.
