Florida Department of Revenue, Tallahassee, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist in the Child Support Program. This position performs recruitment and hiring support, screening applications, scheduling tests and interviews, conducting reference checks, and communicating with candidates.

The role serves as a resource for hiring managers, gathers information, and analyzes data to support decision-making. Telework is eligible after training, with a central operations housing in Tallahassee.

Competenze

• One year of experience performing recruitment activities.
• Two years of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.
• Two years of experience communicating through a variety of methods to a diverse internal and external audience.
• Two years of experience creating, modifying, and reviewing documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
