Tulsa County is seeking a Real Property Appraiser to identify, inspect, and document real property for ad valorem taxation, using the three value approaches and supporting valuation in protests and appeals. The role requires independent work, strong data analysis, and the ability to operate with integrity in a public office.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) or substantial appraisal experience, and be prepared to complete required accreditation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in a related field or significant appraisal/real estate experience.
• Completion of Oklahoma State Advanced Accreditation coursework is expected after hire.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, locate, inspect, measure, and document real property for valuation.
• Photograph exterior views and document properties within assigned areas.
• Evaluate land and assign values using cost, comparison, and income approaches.
• Enter data into appraisal systems and support valuation with analyses.
• Assist with mass appraisal modeling and protest/appeal processes.
