Qualifikationen

• Four years of single-property or mass appraisal experience, incl. inspecting and valuing real properties such as commercial or industrial properties.
• Experience collecting and analyzing large quantities of sale, income, and expense data.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel to compile, interpret, analyze, and display validation data.
• Experience in applying multiple approaches to value and proper appraisal methodology.
