Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in mathematics, economics, statistics, or related field or significant appraisal experience.
• Must complete Oklahoma Advanced Accreditation coursework and maintain CEUs.
• Able to operate a motor vehicle.
• Knowledge of Oklahoma statutes, OTC rules, IAAO standards.

• Identify, locate, inspect, measure, and document real property.
• Photograph exterior views and document properties.
• Enter parcel data into appraisal applications and analyze against standards.
• Assist with mass appraisal modeling using Power BI.
• Defend rendered values through protests and Board of Equalization hearings.
