City of New York seeks a Product Manager to define and deliver digital products that help New Yorkers access city services. You will collaborate with program owners and cross-functional teams to manage software development from conception to launch.

The role focuses on strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes, guiding engineers and UX teams while aligning with program goals. This position supports a 24/7 operation in Brooklyn, NY with opportunities to impact millions of residents.

Formación

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of full-time experience in the area required by the position.
• An associate degree and six years of full-time experience in the area required by the position.
• A bachelor’s degree and eight years of full-time experience in the area required by the position.
• Education and/or experience equivalent to the above options.

Responsabilidades

• Define product strategy and roadmap for NYC digital products.
• Synthesize research and analytics to identify user problems and validate solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams including program, UX, and engineering to deliver outcomes.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria and system requirements for features.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

Associate degree in computer science, engineering, HCI, interactive media, data visualization, or related field

Bachelor's degree with eight years of relevant experience

Education and/or experience equivalent to 1-3 above
