Job summary

Cloud and Things in NYC is seeking a Product Manager to translate the Integrated Eligibility System vision into actionable plans, define the roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and guide development from concept to launch. This role partners with stakeholders, Scrum teams, and delivery teams to deliver user-centered solutions that align business goals with technology.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience with Agile development processes (Scrum or Kanban).
10+ years of product management experience with integrated or complex systems, including health and human services programs.
7+ years leading complex projects, including 2+ years in a Specialist leadership role.
7+ years of backlog management experience.
7+ years building technical products from ideation through launch.
7+ years of multi-project delivery and meeting deadlines.
7+ years using Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to deliver high-value features first.
Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements for the development team.
Act as primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders to ensure transparency.
Lead sprint planning in partnership with the Scrum Master and team to deliver features.
Advocate for end users and ensure a strong user-centric design.
Monitor performance post-launch and drive iterative improvements based on feedback.
Perform other duties as assigned.
