Qualifications

• 4+ years managing PeopleSoft (HCM/Financials) or Oracle Taleo projects of comparable scale.
• PMBOK/Agile or hybrid project management frameworks; proficient with MS Project.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate with executives and document decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive Project Management Plan covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
• Maintain detailed schedules with tasks, milestones, dependencies and resources.
• Update risk/issue logs and provide regular written status reports.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and change control processes.
• Ensure project documentation meets industry standards and supports transition.
