ECLARO is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Functional Analyst for a direct-hire role in Seattle, WA. The candidate will lead Fit/Gap analysis sessions, translate business needs into functional designs, and collaborate across modules including HCM and FSCM.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM modules.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Lead fit/gap analysis and sessions with SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fit/Gap analysis sessions with SMEs to map requirements to PeopleSoft functionality.
• Design, configure, and test PeopleSoft modules aligned with business processes.
• Develop functional spec documents and test scripts.
• Support testing and resolve issues across phases.
