Job summary

Highstreet IT Solutions seeks a Project Manager to lead delivery of ERP/HCM projects for public sector clients. You will coordinate Oracle Cloud Infrastructure engagements, PeopleSoft and EBS initiatives, and modernization efforts across cloud, on-premises, and infrastructure environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, Business or related field.
• 2-5 years of project management experience, ERP/HCM projects and infrastructure is a plus.
• Experience reviewing FDDs, process flows, or accounting mappings.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with JIRA or MS Project and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables across ERP, HCM, and OCI workstreams.
• Align scope and requirements with Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, EBS, and OCI capabilities with solution architects.
• Maintain project documentation and RAID/RTM/logs and drive PMO templates.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT testing and cutover planning for cloud and on-premises systems.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and manage stakeholder expectations and change requests.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across technical, infrastructure, and QA teams.
