Socure, a leader in identity trust infrastructure, is seeking a Public Sector Platform Solution Consultant to drive onboarding and measurable outcomes for government clients using RiskOS and AI-powered verification. You will bridge product, ML, and client implementation, turning data-driven insights into tangible value in a fast-growing environment.

The role emphasizes automation, scalable deployments, and strong client collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public sector identity or fraud experience in technical implementation, solution consulting or support engineering.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, automated decisioning systems, or data analytics.
• Strong working knowledge of APIs, data integration patterns, and web-based platforms; ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, analytical, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end platform implementation with timely deployments.
• Define solution architecture with clients and tailor implementations to business needs.
• Refine best practices for scalable, high-impact implementations.
• Lead onboarding that centers AI and automation—configuring decisioning engines and ML outputs.
• Guide clients through integrating AI signals into existing tech stacks for immediate value.
• Translate client goals into optimized platform configurations leveraging company models.
• Design and implement automated decisioning flows to reduce manual review and scale operations.
• Configure rules engines, thresholds, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Identify opportunities and automate repeatable processes for faster deployments.
• Diagnose and resolve deployment issues focusing on data pipelines, API performance, and AI model handling.
• Deliver training and enablement sessions to educate client teams on AI workflows.
• Contribute to enablement resources and documentation reflecting best practices.
• Serve as a feedback loop between clients and Product/Engineering; collaborate with Sales, CS, and Data Science.
