Job summary

The Florida Department of Children and Families is seeking a Government Operations Consultant I in West Palm Beach to responsibly monitor case allocation and assist with recruitment for Family Safety positions. You will work closely with the Regional Operations Manager, safeguard confidential information, and handle abuse reports from the Florida Abuse Hotline, coordinating with FAHIS, CIS and FSFN.

Requires a High School Diploma and clerical experience; applicants must meet pre-qualifications

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Two years of clerical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of presenting data and reporting.
• Ability to interpret rules, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to coordinate work assignments and case activity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor case allocation and assist with recruitment for Family Safety positions.
• Coordinate with FAHIS, CIS, and FSFN on abuse reports.
• Provide intake records preparation and case assignment in FSFN.
• Archive case files and maintain logs.
• Compile and deliver reports to Regional Office.
