Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Business Operations Analyst for the Public Sector to support internal stakeholders in producing high-quality contracts aligned with Services growth. The role emphasizes data insight, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders.

You will perform daily QA, audits, and SHADOW process management, while developing change management initiatives and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Daily Quality Assurance and hygiene checks for professional services opportunities.
• Audit professional services opportunities for accuracy and compliance.
• Management of shadow process to replicate data.
• Maintenance and updates to templates and process documentation.
• Operational subject matter expert for process and policy in selling services.
• Develop and conduct change management and enablement to internal stakeholders as the business evolves.
• Provide ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations.
• Design and interpret key performance metrics. Deliver insights & recommendations.
• Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives.
• Support strategic initiatives including evaluating areas of opportunity for the businesses.
• Troubleshooting operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems/ processes to fix root causes.
• Prepare analysis and recommendations for strategic decision making.
