Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program.
• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal court procedures and electronic filing systems.
• Experience supporting discovery and document-production processes.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys and team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, document-management systems, and legal technology.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case assessment to discovery, trial, and appeal.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files.
• Draft routine pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, notices, and other documents.
• Coordinate collection, review, organization, and production of electronic and hard-copy documents.
• Review and summarize medical records, employment records, transcripts, and other materials.
• Create case chronologies, witness files, and damages summaries.
• Assist with document review, coding, redaction, and production.
• Coordinate depositions, IMEs, witness interviews, and related proceedings.
