Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong academic background
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management software
• Familiarity with case management systems and e-discovery tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documents in both state and federal courts
• Assist with case preparation, including trial binders, exhibits, subpoenas, and deposition prep
• Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, and attorney schedules
• Organize and maintain case files and electronic databases
• Conduct factual and legal research to support case strategies
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts
• E-file documents using state and federal court systems (e.g., PACER, CM/ECF)
• Provide administrative support as needed to litigation attorneys

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience, a strong academic background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex civil litigation matters and contribute meaningfully to high-stakes cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documents in both state and federal courts
• Assist with case preparation, including trial binders, exhibits, subpoenas, and deposition prep

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant litigation paralegal experience at a law firm or corporate legal department
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, and trial support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management software
• Familiarity with case management systems and e-discovery tools is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage shifting priorities
