• Represent the Department in discrimination claims before HRD, HR Commission or EEOC.
• Counsel on FOIA requests and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Advise on employee discipline, layoffs, and related personnel actions.
• Additional duties as assigned within scope of labor law.
