Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise executive and operations staff on labor and personnel matters in accordance with statutes and regulations.
• Represent the Department in discrimination claims before state and federal agencies.
• Provide guidance on FOIA compliance and employment records requests.
• Advise on employee discipline, including discharge and suspensions, and assist with layoffs and transfers.
