Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in HR or related field with 1 year HR experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of ATS/HRIS, recruiting, and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer support.
• Provide specialized knowledge and support for HR technologies, including ATS/HRIS.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, advise on recruitment strategies, and ensure compliant hiring practices.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles using sourcing tools, networking, referrals, and professional platforms.
• Review and screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, coordinate hiring teams, and facilitate decision-making.
• Support and maintain data integrity across HR systems, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and reporting.
• Participate in HR projects such as system implementations, process redesign, data cleanup, compliance initiatives, or employee experience enhancements.
• Mentor HR Tech I roles or interns by providing guidance on processes, technology, and recruitment best practices.
