Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources or a related field is essential.
• Familiarity with payroll management systems such as Kronos, UltiPro, or Ceridian is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PEBA Insurance and Retirement
• Strong knowledge of Empower 401k
• Strong knowledge of ASI Flex
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles including double entry bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, debits & credits, journal entries, and account reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to interact with employees at all levels within the organization.
• Experience in non-profit accounting or governmental accounting is advantageous but not required.
