This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and stakeholder support. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least two years of HR experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required.
• Two years of professional HR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of benefits, retirement, leave, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer recruitment and selection processes with hiring managers.
• Administer benefits, retirement programs, and payroll-related deductions.
• Oversee leave management and compliance with laws and MOUs as applicable.
• Develop and deliver HR training, onboarding, and development activities.
• Support employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Maintain HRIS data, reports, and dashboards; ensure data integrity.
