You will steer projects that modernize HCM and payroll systems for government clients, drawing on a foundation in management consulting and a passion for solving complex business challenges. Ideal candidates will lead teams, drive results, and mentor analysts while collaborating across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5–8 years in management consulting or equivalent.
• Experience delivering HR/Payroll process improvements for government clients.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for public sector clients to improve processes.
• Lead and mentor business analyst teams in process analysis and system assessments.
• Analyze operations and develop actionable improvement recommendations.
• Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering.
• Document staffing models, systems, workflows and costs.
• Deliver high‑quality reports, process docs, and client presentations.
• Support proposals, client relationships, and business development.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
