Baker Tilly is seeking a GAAP Compilation Senior Consultant for the Public Sector group in the United States. You will oversee GAAP compilations and reporting for governments and related entities, guiding staff and delivering high-quality client service.

The role requires a solid accounting foundation, CPA preferred, and at least three years in attest services, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to support client objectives and firm growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Master's degree or advanced degree desired.
• CPA preferred.
• Minimum three years of attest services experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
• Strong communication, client service and problem solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day to day U.S. GAAP compilations and reporting, agreed upon procedures, and special projects.
• Identify accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues per professional guidelines.
• Provide recommendations for business and process improvements based on client operations.
• Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with the client to provide superior service.
• Supervise and lead staff through counsel, guidance and coaching; evaluate performance on engagements.
• Engage in professional development through training and networking events.
• Assist with recruiting efforts including campus recruiting and referrals.
