Job summary

Roles involve collaborating with engagement teams, supporting large state and local grant projects, and traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, law, business, finance, emergency management or related field.
• 1+ years of compliance, audit, or financial management experience, ideally with a government agency or professional services firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project and time management; ability to prioritize across multiple engagements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours when necessary.
• Access to reliable transportation; driver's license recommended.

Responsibilities

• Work with engagement teams to provide government and public sector clients services related to management and compliance of disaster recovery funding (FEMA, HUD CDBG-DR).
• Assist with large grant projects for states and local governments; interact with local governments to support project development and verify compliance aspects.
• Travel and presence at client sites, along with in-office presence, will be required.
