Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, finance, accounting, economics, business administration, public policy, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience serving public sector clients through consulting, advisory services, public finance, municipal advisory, or government leadership roles.
• Proven track record building and scaling a consulting practice and generating revenue growth.
• Deep expertise in fiscal sustainability, long-range financial planning, budgeting, and municipal finance.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead national strategy for Baker Tilly's Public Sector Fiscal Resiliency practice.
• Establish Baker Tilly as a market leader in fiscal resiliency and related services.
• Originate and manage complex advisory engagements and strategic pursuits.
• Develop scalable, repeatable service offerings for public sector clients.
• Mentor and develop talent within the practice and lead multidisciplinary teams.
