Baker Tilly is seeking a Managing Director, Public Sector Fiscal Resiliency to lead and expand the firm's fiscal resiliency service offerings nationwide. You will work with national practice leadership and professionals across fiscal advisory, organizational performance, workforce, governance, utilities, grants, and operations to deliver integrated client solutions.

The role focuses on establishing Baker Tilly as a market leader, developing talent, and driving revenue growth through new business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 10–15 years of experience serving public sector clients.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex advisory engagements.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.

• Lead national practice growth for Baker Tilly's Public Sector Fiscal Resiliency practice.
• Develop and expand fiscal resiliency service offerings and revenue streams.
• Originates and leads complex advisory engagements and strategic pursuits.
• Build executive relationships with city/state government leaders and other public sector executives.
