Baker Tilly is seeking a Managing Director for Public Sector Fiscal Resiliency to lead and expand our nationwide practice. You will shape service offerings, build strategic partnerships, and drive growth across public sector clients.

The role requires deep public sector expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, and the ability to cultivate executive relationships with city managers, CFOs, and other officials while guiding national practice teams to deliver integrated fiscal resilience solutions.

Qualifications

• 10 - 15 years of experience serving public sector clients through consulting, advisory services, public finance, municipal advisory, or government leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling a consulting practice, service line, or advisory business.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead National Practice Growth by developing and executing the national strategy for Baker Tilly's Public Sector Fiscal Resiliency practice.
• Build market-leading solutions including long-range financial planning, fiscal sustainability, and revenue/expenditure strategies.
• Drive business development and market leadership through executive-level relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Mentor and develop talent to deliver scalable, high-quality services across the practice.
