Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience serving public sector clients through consulting, advisory services, public finance, municipal advisory, or government leadership roles.
• Proven track record in building and scaling a consulting practice or advisory business.
• Demonstrated success generating revenue growth and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead national practice growth by developing and executing the national strategy for the Public Sector Fiscal Resiliency practice.
• Build market-leading solutions addressing long-range financial planning, fiscal sustainability, and revenue/expenditure strategies.
• Drive business development and market leadership through executive-level relationships and strategic pursuits.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top fiscal advisory talent; mentor emerging leaders and establish growth pathways.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to establish practice goals, metrics, and scalable service offerings.
