You will recruit and develop talent, establish metrics and growth plans, and partner with leaders across finance, governance, grants, and operational improvement to deliver integrated advisory solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, finance, accounting, economics, business administration, public policy, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience serving public sector clients through consulting, advisory services, public finance, municipal advisory, or government leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling a consulting practice and generating revenue growth.
• Deep expertise in fiscal sustainability, long-range financial planning, public sector budgeting, and municipal finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead national practice growth and establish market leadership in public sector fiscal resiliency.
• Develop innovative service offerings and drive revenue growth with executive-level clients.
• Cultivate relationships with city managers, CFOs, and other public sector executives.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top fiscal advisory talent across a national team.
