Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Managing Director, Public Sector Fiscal Resiliency to lead and grow the national practice. You will develop innovative service offerings, build executive relationships, and expand revenue with public sector clients nationwide.

You will work with practice leaders across fiscal advisory, governance, and operations to deliver integrated solutions, mentor talent, and shape the firm’s public-sector strategy and market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• 10–15 years serving public sector clients in consulting, advisory, public finance, municipal advisory, or government leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and growing a consulting practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead national strategy for Baker Tilly's Public Sector Fiscal Resiliency practice.
• Drive growth through new client acquisition and market expansion.
• Develop scalable fiscal resiliency offerings and revenue strategies.
• Build executive-level client relationships with city managers, CFOs, and other public sector executives.
• Mentor leaders and foster a collaborative, innovative culture.
