Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Finance and Operations Unit.
• Develop and implement goals, policies and procedures for Finance and Operations.
• Coordinate HR-related actions and liaise with County HR.
• Ensure departmental budgets are developed, monitored, and submitted.
• Review Board actions for fiscal and operational impact and present findings.
• Monitor monthly/quarterly budget performance and advise on adjustments.
• Direct annual audits and ensure compliance with funding sources and reporting.
