• Opens, updates, and closes accounts per court orders and policies.
• Answers general public inquiries about accounting and procedures.
• Participates in administrative hearings to resolve accounting issues.
• Processes certifications and decertifications on accounts; assigns support; requests refunds.
• Prepares and processes income withholding notices and modifications.
• Audits account records for miscalculations and errors.
• Represents the County in meetings with agencies and the public.
• Provides direct client services in crisis or difficult situations.
• May drive a County or personal vehicle.
