Job summary

The State Construction Department seeks a Finance and Analytics Manager to oversee financial reporting, budget reconciliation, cash management, and data integrity for public capital projects across multiple agencies and districts.

You will lead a small team, coordinate with the CFO/CTO backup, and ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements while driving reporting automation and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Experience with government budgeting or educational finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile monthly/quarterly financial reports for oversight bodies.
• Reconcile financial data between enterprise systems.
• Monitor budget appropriations, expenditures, encumbrances, and project budgets.
• Lead and supervise accounting staff; coordinate with multiple state entities.
