Job summary

CFS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and analyze complex, high-visibility projects through budgeting, forecasting, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. You will develop scopes, monitor budgets, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a related degree and 2+ years in project management or financial analysis, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Management or related field.
• 2+ years of project management, financial analysis, or project operations experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
• Experience with SharePoint, SQL, or database management is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project scopes, budgets, timelines, and status updates.
• Support the management of large, complex projects while ensuring budget adherence.
• Analyze historical project data to improve forecasting, budgeting, and pricing accuracy.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and implement project management best practices.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and analytical dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve communication and operational efficiency.
• Assist with training teams on project management tools and processes.
