Job summary

Charlotte County seeks a dynamic Facilities Projects Manager to lead a diverse program across construction, IT, environmental, and infrastructure projects from planning to closeout. You will oversee scopes, budgets, schedules, contracts, and consultant/vendor coordination while ensuring constructability and effective delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field with combination of training, education and experience.
Three years of experience in construction, IT or project management.

Responsibilities

Prepare bid and contract documents.
Manage procurement processes and vendor coordination.
Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and resolve design/construction challenges.
Provide technical guidance on industry standards and best practices.
Support public communication, budget planning and staff leadership to deliver enhanced County facilities.
