Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in construction, IT, or project management.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CJIS background checks may apply for Sheriff’s Office/Jail roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse portfolio of county projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage scopes, budgets, schedules, contracts and procurement.
• Prepare bid and contract documents and coordinate consultants/vendors.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and resolve design challenges.
• Provide technical guidance on industry standards and best practices.
• Support public communication, budget planning, staff leadership and customer service.
