You will oversee the entire implementation, gather requirements, configure the platform, train administrators, and collaborate with sales, R&D, and delivery teams to ensure maximum ROI. Qualifications

• 2+ years in public sector procurement, budgeting, asset management, or finance
• 2+ years in software implementation consulting or similar external role
• Strong data analysis and reporting of large financial datasets
• Experience training customers on software solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service
• Advanced Excel: formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new customers
• Serve as primary technical contact for deployments
• Guide government officials through the implementation process
