Job summary

Motive empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable. We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive focused on the Public Sector to develop and close business with State, Local, and Education prospects.

You will leverage executive relationships and partner with cross-functional teams to win RFPs and deliver value through Motive’s platform, aligning safety, productivity, and cost efficiency for public sector customers.

Qualifications

• Enterprise sales experience targeting Public Sector accounts.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• Ability to engage executive decision-makers and influence outcomes.
• Data-driven mindset for planning short-, mid-, and long-term sales goals.
• Strong communication and objection handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and grow new business relationships with lighthouse Public Sector accounts.
• Identify, partner and develop account plans for Public Sector prospects.
• Secure RFP wins and grow contractual-based business through executive relationships.
• Lead complex Proof of Concepts or Trials with customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Software Engineering for feedback to win in Public Sector.
