Job summary

Huron in the United States is seeking a seasoned Digital Public Sector Director to drive growth for the Digital business by shaping market and account strategy and leading complex sales pursuits across federal agencies.

You will originate and close multi-million digital solution deals, build strong government relationships, and collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and partners to ensure successful outcomes in a matrixed environment; DC area preferred, travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• This position requires deep government sales experience and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong federal network and market intelligence are essential.
• Experience with FAR and federal budgeting and authorization processes.

Responsibilities

• Grow and support the Digital Federal Government public sector business (approx. 80% of time).
• Originate and close $4–8M in annual Digital solution sales.
• Develop and execute go-to-market and account strategies for Digital solutions with Federal and Public Sector clients.
• Build and qualify a robust pipeline focused on high-end Digital solutions.
• Shape opportunities and elevate the Huron brand through thought leadership and proposals.
• Serve as sales solution architect for Federal RFx responses.
