Job summary

Procurated seeks a Public Sector Customer Success Manager to own the full post-sale lifecycle—from implementation through adoption, renewal, and expansion. You will serve as a trusted advisor to public procurement leaders, translating Canary capabilities into practical workflows that deliver measurable value.

You’ll manage a portfolio, lead complex implementations, deliver training, monitor health, resolve issues, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Data, Engineering, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of customer success experience with a SaaS product.
• Startup experience or helping build customer success for a new product.
• Experience with SLED, federal, or public higher-education customers preferred.
• Procurement or procurement-technology experience is valuable.
• Owned a book of business and managed onboarding, adoption, risk, renewals, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, implementation, adoption, and value realization with customers.
• Lead renewal readiness and retention strategies across your portfolio.
• Develop account-specific engagement plans and conduct onboarding sessions, webinars, and reviews.
• Maintain accurate account plans, health indicators, and renewal dates in internal systems.
