Job summary

The Judicial Council of California is seeking an Associate Contracts Analyst in the Procurement and Facilities Contracts unit to manage facility-related contracts and FI$Cal transactions. The role involves drafting, issuing, and awarding work orders, extensions, and LPAs, and ensuring compliance with council policies.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of state contracting in a public environment, FI$Cal experience, and strong Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/finance/accounting or related field; substitution with 4 years of professional experience.
• Two years as a Fiscal Services Coordinator or equivalent in procurement or accounting within the Judicial Council of California or similar government entity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze service/work orders, change orders for contract compliance and enter encumbrances into FI$Cal.
• Draft and administer contract docs for master agreements and LPAs; enter procurements into FI$Cal.
• Draft and administer solicitations for ID/IQ contracts and LPAs within policy and funding constraints.
• Participate in the vendor management program and provide contract-related support.
• Assist with public records requests related to facility contracts and training.
