The Judicial Council of California is seeking a Contracts Fiscal Supervisor to oversee the Non-Facilities Contracts unit, supervise staff, and guide procurement and contracting activities. The role emphasizes compliance, process improvement, and oversight of complex solicitations.

Hybrid work arrangements are available with in-office presence in San Francisco or Sacramento; relocation within a 150-mile radius may be expected. Emphasis on leadership and public service values.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field with five years professional experience in accounting, finance, budget analysis, or contract administration, including at least one year supervising staff.
• Alternative education paths: JD/MBA or related master’s degree with two years supervisory experience.
• Other equivalent experience substituting education may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff and manage procurement and contracting activities in the Non-Facilities Contracts unit.
• Plan, organize, assign, review, and evaluate staff work; develop and implement procedures and business processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, rules, and laws; provide technical oversight of solicitations and contract actions.
• Provide guidance, training, and procurement best-practice recommendations.
