Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to state, local government and education customers, designing and building cloud solutions using AWS services.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain technical content including sample code, presentations, papers, and workshops.
• Translate customer input into technical requirements and collaborate with sales, services, and engineering to drive success.
• Own end-to-end design of cloud architecture solutions with guidance on security, scalability, availability, and performance.
• Mentor teammates on designing technical customer solutions and coordinate speaking opportunities at events.
