This high-impact leadership role will cultivate client relationships, identify new opportunities, and advance the firm's presence in the public sector across the region.

Working closely with firm leadership, you will shape growth strategies, manage a robust pipeline, and represent the firm at industry events while delivering measurable

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience in A/E/C or local government.
• Established network within the Dallas/Fort Worth public sector.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and driving growth.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with ability to influence decision-makers.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Willingness to travel regionally throughout Dallas/Fort Worth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BD strategies aligned with Civic market growth and firm objectives.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with public-sector clients, agency leaders, and stakeholders.
