Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of business development experience in A/E/C or local government.
• Established network within Dallas/Fort Worth public sector.
• Proven track record in securing opportunities and growing revenue.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Experience using CRM platforms and BD tools.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities
