Job summary

TSK in Dallas/Fort Worth seeks a Director of Client Development/Relationships to lead business development for our Civic practice. You will cultivate client relationships, identify opportunities, and advance the firm's public-sector presence across the region.

The role requires strategic thinking, a proven track record of pursuing complex opportunities, and the ability to travel regularly within the DFW area while collaborating with firm leadership to shape growth strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience within the A/E/C industry or local government.
• Established network of relationships within the Dallas/Fort Worth public sector.
• Proven track record of identifying opportunities, developing client relationships and fueling growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with ability to influence decision-makers for growth.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multitasking ability.
• Experience using CRM platforms and other BD tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BD strategies for the Civic market aligned with growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities, opportunities, and partnerships to strengthen the firm’s position in DFW.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with public-sector clients, agency leaders, and stakeholders.
• Generate new business through networking, research, and outreach.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences and community events.
• Provide trusted advisory to understand client priorities and tailor solutions.
